I am using BlackBerry z3. My browser has internet connection, but other apps says no Internet connection.

Were these apps working previously? If so check for updates.

Are these apps android based? They may require Google Play services.

Are you on the most recent OS (.2836)? There is an android run time error in the latest OS which may be causing problems.

You simply may need to reboot your Z3...try that first.

Yes, I went for security wipe and it solved the problem. Before it, I took all the back-up and removed my sim card and memory card. Thank you very much.
