My blackberry z3 is showing 952mb ram is used but when i calculate the RAM usages description it comes to be much less than 952 mb, anyone having same problem and solutions and comments are welcomed.

RAM usage is constantly changing as background processes engage in tasks. Doubt it's ever going to be 100% accurate as you monitor it but I don't think it should matter too much unless you are having performance issues.

I came to the forum to post the exact same question.

The memory usage shown in the device monitor table does not tally up with the pie chart shown above. Further, even after you close (or force close) all open apps the free memory does not come back to what it was when you boot/restart the phone.

I have to restart my phone once a week because the free memory drops to unsustainable levels, after which opening even two apps causes them to crash. Check out the screenshots below:

Keep in consideration memory leaks of thirty party apps. But memory is a highly dynamic thing, I wouldn't dwell on it if there is no performance issue.

There are performance issues when you go below 200MB of free RAM. Stuff crashes left, right, and center.

Didn't expect memory leaks to be a problem in BBOS10 due to the core being a solid QNX system. Also, when you close an app all the memory that has been requested from the OS should be freed, in which case memory leaks are anyways not possible.
