I may be interpreting the question another way. If you share a paid app from BB World with someone, you are essentially sending the the link. You aren't allowing them to get a paid app for free.

You can use a paid app on other BB10 devices if

1. you have the same BB ID on those other devices

2. a. if the other devices are of the same type as the first one

OR

2. b. the developer of the app has made it available for the other type of devices you have

(This is at developers choice - they can choose
a. to make an app available for all devices

or

b. to make different instances of the same app, each of them available for a device type - and in this case the user must pay again for the app for use on other device)
