    Only z30 userss received and some z10s, but not z3 users, me and my friend not received, I installed 10.3.1.2582, now it's excellent on my Z3

    Extract the zip, the file will be 2.75gb, switch off your mobile, double click on the file, it opens as command window, now connect your mobile to PC using USB cable, it will load the OS itself, it takes 8 to 10 mins, it will reboot itself.or u can search the process in Google (CB Forum).
