[CrackBerry Question]

I downloaded the app for the health bracelet and then I go to pair the device. I enter the pairing pin and it says "pairing unsuccessful" I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Its a "health bracelet" and the app is "wristband" on google play store but now i also discovered that it wont pair with my PC either the pin seems strange "025E2F96" i cant enter the "e" or the "f" on my phone with out copy and pasting it

An Internet search didn't bring any clarity to what exact device it is. Can you post a link to it?

If it doesn't connect to your PC, and that is a supported platform, then maybe it is simply faulty. Make sure your PC and phone are in discoverable mode though, that can sometimes make a difference.

If you know someone willing to let you borrow their supported device, Android IOS whatever, then try it there too. If no go, then get it exchanged or a refund.
