[CrackBerry Question]

i was doing reset to my mobile. it was in process but after 30 min it is showing error and not starting. now it shows www.bberror.com/bb10-0015
now what i have to do to start my mobile.

That's a file system error, but I'd bet you've been there and noticed it already.
So, there's a standard procedure here : BlackBerry 10 smartphone will not startup and displays an image with a link to www.bberror.com but involves Link.

Checks :

• Are you sure you have the latest Link version ? double check here : BlackBerry Link - BlackBerry 10 Smartphone to Computer Sync - United States
• Please also double check you're using a genuine BlackBerry USB cable ...

If the Link problem continues, then you may want to go the autoloader route, here's all you need :

Hi...
sir as you told i had downloaded BlackBerry Link.
i opened the software they told to connect USB Cable. i did that also and there was written,
WHEN A PICTURE OF YOUR DEVICE APPEARS, CLICK THE PICTURE.
But NO picture is showing there. any idea what to do.

Manually open the BlackBerry Link icon.

If your phone is recognized it will be displayed in the device list on left hand side...typically below your PC name.

If you cannot see your device name in BBLINK try the following on your device.

1. Settings...Networks and Connections.. press USB...disable Mass Storage mode...disable charge only mode

2. Settings...device connections...allow connections.

Restart your PC and the Z3....reconnect both with USB.

My BB Z3 is not opening only, it shows a triangle symbol and shows a link BlackBerry Smartphone support - United States thats it , sir what shall i do for this problem.

well, I believe you have to follow the autoloader route.
Check the links I posted above and ask for assistance in he first one if you still have questions or problems
