I just load an is from the dev site and there is no music, video, story maker and those kind of other app

Does anyone know how to get them without needing to change the os and if you are going to send me an autoloader link don't give me the 10.3.3 because I've tried and doesn't work on my z3

My current os is 10.3.1.997

Unfortunately, unless you are willing to wait for your carrier to release 10.3.3 officially, you will have to use an autoloader. Here is the link to the autoloaders page from the BlackBerry Community Support Forums. The autoloader listed should work with your Z3. https://supportforums.blackberry.com...r/td-p/2466747

In the future, avoid developer versions. They are NOT intended for consumer use -- only for developers to test their apps.

I guess u will never see 10.3.3 officially being rolled out to z3. Autoloader seems to be the only way. And I believe u r suppose to download through the link provided just above by another poster and install to get back all ur common apps and have a normal person usage.

You could also try to find only .bar(s) of applications from this OS version and install it on your phone
