    i've tried to download but it says i need 1.5gb more of memory. so i've cleared up. but the memories of all the apps that cant be deleted took spaced.

    Go to ...storage and access...on the bottom,..click, Device Storage Details...click the apps you don't need or take up the most space and permanently delete them.good luck!!\

    To update a Q5 I had to use Blackberry Link, I've give that a try for your Z3

    The only way to update is to update in BlackBerry link only dude cause it consumes most of the space in internal memory try that
