    If what you mean by reset is turning "off and restarts the BlackBerry smartphone's operating system software and applications", please follow this link:

    KB02141-Reset a BlackBerry smartphone

    Note that this does not delete any settings or data.


    Now, if what you mean by reset is to reset the phone to its factory settings, please follow this link:

    KB33591-How to perform a Security Wipe on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone

    This one deletes settings and data (on your phone memory) so be sure to backup your settings first using BlackBerry Link.
