i have blackberry z3 and i have just update my bb 10 os with the latest update but unfortunately i can't open my files from the media card which were in my phone with the last Os soo i found my files with the name , size but i can't even review and i got " you don't have the correct permission to access the file location " ,,, Can you give me a safely solution to open my files

How did you do the update?

Did you do a backup and full restore?

Are you signed in with the same BBID?

I made update online with USB connection and I restore the device data but my media did't work and it looks encrypted ...
I signed in with the same BBID

Go to settings then security and privacy and then encryption...there will be an option to decrypt it..!!
Try it may be it could work..
