    I have Bbm contact whose picture never shows on my end, He has a picture and have taken screen shots and have sent it to me to see. But no matter what we do, cant get it to show on my Z30. This person has a Galaxy S4.

    Its because of your slow internet. Try in wifi. I had this problem when using mobile internet.

    Name Doesnt matter. Speed does matter. I had problems in LTE bro.

    Tried hard resets? For me, I had this problem when I syncd evrthng out of wifi, in mobile network. But soon I got into wifi, evrthing was loaded perfect.

    tried everything, this has been going on for sometime now. It shows profile pics on my Z10, but not on my Z30. And I have had my Z30 since last Nov. So it has gone thru many updates.
    Anyways if you or anyone else can figure out why or how to get those profile pics to show , it would be greatly appreciated.
