Today is mobile notified show Device almost full moved / delete some data and I'm also check device memory no data in device memory

Please advise to best solution for free device memory

Do a reboot by holding down the up/down volume keys until the device turns off and you see the blackberry logo reappear

A friend had a similar issue with his phone. he deleted & moved files, but still showed 15 GB used. we had to do a security wipe cause nothing else worked for him. After that then it showed he only 11 GB used. Some how his phone was still holding on to those files & apps even after he deleted them.

My advice is if all else fails, then you might have to do a factory reset using Link. Do a backup & after you reset your phone, do a custom restore. pick only the apps you really want then go from there.

Don't mean to revive old thread but there's a solution now without reloading OS or Security Wipe.

I am miserable... system consumes over 11GB & I have tried CCleaner...no joy...



Woe is me... can I fix this ?

I.e. Snap almost 800 mb & I can't figure out how to fix that...

I have ALL media on 128 GB microSDHC... everything, pics, music, vids, etc.

Tried cache cleaner from BBW... not much discernible difference...
