I'm having problem with the new 10.3.1 update. The problems are as follows :

I can't install any .apk file or any application downloaded from Blackberry World. Whenever i try to install it says "Please delete the existing package" and there is no package or any kind of file existing in the device!!

Other problem i'm facing is-
Amazon Appstore is not working in this new update!! Whenever i try to open the app it asks for permission and after clicking "Accept" it just takes me back to homescreen.

Please help if anyone knows any solution to above mentioned problems !! Thank You..

go to this address on your phone browserhttp://www.amazon.com/getappstore and insta;; app store over what you have. It will work after that.
