I am a new blackberry user. I'm interested in blackberry devices with OS 10. It seems elegant and cool. Well, it's been my 5th day I use blackberry.
I have some problems regarding to connectivity on my Z3
    1. I am be able to send files to another device but I can't receive files from another device. It's already paired. It keeps saying that transfer is canceled.
    2. Wi-Fi connection seems take a very long time to connect to a network. Sometimes I need to restart the phone.
    3. I have iGrann (instagram client) installed in my Z3. It seems that I can't use it on Wi-Fi mode. So I could never upload photo to my instagram whenever connected to wi-fi. However, it works perfectly when I use cellular data.
Do you guys have the same experience ?
Please if you have some thoughts about these. Thanks.

No,no, no. All should work fine on the device. Try re-setting the device.
To perform a soft reset, follow one of the steps-
    * Press and hold power key for 10 seconds
    * Press both volume up and volume down key for 10 seconds.

If this doesn't solve the issues, you may re-install the OS(factory reset, you will lose all data, so better back up).
If these doesn't help, then the device might be at fault. And you need to get it checked in the Service Centre.

    Thanks for the reply.
Do you think it has to do with the software installed version?
Today I already tried to wipe data from security wipe menu.
Ok. I'll try the 1st one.
    Thank you.

One thing I forgot to mention. All apps work perfectly either with wi-fi or cellular data. Facebook, Twitter, Path Social networking work well with Wi-Fi. The only app that doesn't work with wifi is iGrann and instagram.

Problem solved already. I think it has something to do with the Micro SD. After I removed the Micro SD, everything is ok. But, still, some apps doesn't work with wi-fi mode.
