It wipes if something remain belongs to previous OS, that's what I know, but security wipe always gives best results for me.

Okay dude.. mine shutters a lot when the ram goes below 350mb.. I reloaded the OS ..but no use..

As per my knowledge if active frames more than 4, it may happen, but I have tried up to 6 frames in home page, everything went on well, I think if we go beyond 6 active frames at a time, shuttering may be happen.

Kindly mention what process you adopted for upgrading if updated from a leaked OS, it's advisable for new OS installation to perform security wipe before new installation...

I was using a leaked version and I updated my OS through ota.. there were problems, so connected my device to laptop and reloaded the OS again.. now is it necessary to perform a security wipe? And after security wipe does my device asks to load the OS again?

Every time, BlackBerry releases new version of OS it consists of bugs.. there is no single OS version which is perfect without bugs.. BlackBerry is focusing on releasing new devices,but not on providing better experience to the existing customers.. I was an android user.. now after using BlackBerry it's hard to go back to android.. getting irritated with problems day by day.. like phone app eating ram, screen flickering in messages, should do a hard reset day by day,and so on... I'm using Z3.. it's time for BlackBerry to work on optimising OS to every device properly...but thanks to crackberry, 'coz few problems can be solved in this forum..

Agree completely.. I'm also having saving same problems in my Z3... they should fix the bugs ASAP... I have used both Android and Windows, BlackBerry OS 7 before, can't go back to them now...

This happens when your phone is running out of memory. It tries to free some memory by killing the already running apps.

Take a look at free memory in device monitor when you see something like in the screenshot you attached.
