The difference here is that while the Q5 is a 4G device, the Z3 isn't (though a future revision could be).

And if you already have a Z30, why are you "jealous" that SA is getting the Z3?

Perhaps he is jealous that users here will be able to get a 5" backup device for not very much. Their Z30 can disappear for a while and they can still enjoy a 5" BB10 in the meantime - though I'm sure the experience won't be the same. :-P

When this devices finally arrives in South Africa, its very important that it costs R2,000 or below. Most people are still rocking the BB 8520 just simply because the BB 10 devices are too expensive. The Launch Q10 was around R6,500.

With a hopeful 720p resolution, 5" display, 1.5Gb ram, a 5mp camera and a great price Blackberry will defiantly bare many many fruit in South Africa

I got a second hand Z30 off Gumtree for R5000 and it was only a week old. The bargains are out there - just look for it. But the z3 looks promising though

Hope they sell this in India as well! The Z10 sold out in a day when they dropped the price for their two month promotional birthday event! And its still out of stock! The z3 should be priced around 200-250 $ ( around 12000 Rs) here in India! And they should tie up with an online store like Flipkart (like Motorola has done with the Moto G and the Moto X - which sure has done wonders for the brand!) Hope someone at BlackBerry goes through these posts though!

Well I'm sure that the local BB will make sure that the devices are sold for the equivalent of >$200 in the local places...which is what they've promised.
