    BBM eating my battery continuously without any use. I updated OS to 10.2.1.3054 but no luck. Any Suggestions?

    No need for that. BlackBerry service centers don't know anything they simply update your device whatever the problem you have. If you don't use BBM remove it using parental controls or wait for next update.

    Hi,
    Whenever you face such issues with BBM, the only remedy for this is to restart your mobile. It will resolve this issue for time being. But again you will have this issue after few days and you will have to restart your mobile again. I think BBM is running in background and trying to update some thing or doing some task when net connection is ON. If the update or task could not be completed for some reason, it's still running in the background draining the battery. I am not a regular user of BBM, but I too face a similar issues. I will then restart my moblie and the issue is solved for the time being. You can try to do this and let me know if this works for you.

    Bbm doesn't run down my battery stj100-1 im running in 10.2.1.3054 . My battery last almost a day and a half
