    Hi My battery is constantly draining out and it shows that BBM is culprit, but I don't use BBM. I have also done factory reset but without any help. Plz let me know if some of you are also facing same issue and plz advice

    use latest verizon OS 3253 version

    Post a screen shot of your device monitor screen with BBM showing as the culprit. That could help others understand your issue in order to help us.

    BBM is also upto date 10.2.1.3247 but still it is consuming all the battery without using it

    Go to settings>about phone>cateogiry>chech for os, if it is 10.2.1.3247, then it s ok, if not, update , what u have mentioned is release version. I HAVE UPDATED MY BBZ3, NOW TILT FUNCTION ALSO WORKING IN GAMES LIKE TEMPLE RUN OZ, TEMPLE RUN 2, BIKE GAMES..ETC

    Mine does it too. And gets really hot. I have a z30Baterry drain because of BBM (not using)-img_20140721_173949.png

    Are you able to fix your problem? BB support has told me to reload the OS. I will try that and let you know.

    How did you make the entire settings menu dark? Any options to toggle that?
