    You might want to elaborate. Which apps are crashing? Have you tried rebooting? etc etc. Some more details would certainly help us help you.

    I used to download videos on the browser while downloading it I minimise the browser and go to clash of clans and I play for some minutes when I go back to check the download it crashes same applies when I use multiple apps. I tried hard reseting but it doesn't help so help me please and thanks in advance...

    clash of clans demands lot of ram and due to less ram of Z3 compare to other models it crashes

    Yeah, downloading a video and playing clash of clans at the same time would stress any phone.

    I'm actually surprised that the whole things didn't crash.

    Do one thing at a time, it's a phone.
