Am using Blackberry Z3 having software release 10.3.1.1565 and OS version 10.3.1.2243...before 1 week I have ugdated it...but since I have updated it most of the apps like kotak stock trader, sbi anywhere, moneycontrol for bb10, 1 mobile market etc are not running on normal vodafone 3g plan...but all those apps are running on wi-fi only...what to do??? Am helpless!!!plz suggest...

Its saying 'a internet connection required to use this app.check your setting and try again'...I tried several times and several ways...but in vain...

Hello, while installation, did you select all permissions required, cause it can be a reason........., otherwise I don't see any reason why the apps shouldn't work......

The apps u r tying to use are android apps. I have been talking with BlackBerry suport for this as I have been facing same issue for.my z10. I didn't get any solution. BlackBerry says to contact the developer of the app. These are the third party apps

No...all are not android version...most of the apps I downloaded from blackberry world...like kotak stock trader or moneycontrol...thats why am so surprised...apps downloaded from blackberry worid are not working at all...third class OS...and more sub standard services...

1)backup your BBZ3 via desktop manager
2) wipe your mobile
3) restore your mobile via Desktop Manager & only restore setting not all.data

Yeah I wondered too. I was assuming anything we download from BlackBerry World, should work properly. But the story is different. The Kotak has no BlackBerry version at all. I also want to use kotak app, but I confirmed with the developers of kotak bank, they told me there is no BlackBerry version. Wat we can is only a request to the developer to make it for BlackBerry

Hi there, Thank you for your response but I would like to tell you that the app only works on wifi. I have been trying to my z10 through my 3G network. And I also talked with one of ur CSR who told me there is no app for my z10. There is a kind of a version which needs to b above 5 ( she told) . I will try again if u say so.

Online sbi app was facing same problem...but they have fixed the bug and its working fine now...but kotak team still not adressing this...

Hi.. jus download "android assistant" from any android store n then select "tool" tab n then turn on "mobile network" option..
Ur prob will be solved..
