I have not bought a Z3 yet and only played a bit with one today for the first time. I've had 2 Z10 phones, one black and one white, and a Q5. My preference is for the touch screen BB10 devices and after my short time with the Z3 today it is a very tempting option!
I found no problems with the screen, side by side with my Z10 I didn't notice any glaring difference or any difference at all while casually looking around the Z3.
The Z3 felt good to hold, the back is not slippery it is rather nice and grippy. I had no difficulty using the Z3 with one hand.
For me the biggest temptations are the larger screen and battery of the Z3, the bits I need to consider before replacing my Z10 with a Z3 are the 8 gig memory and 1.5gig RAM. I don't think that the slower processor will be any problem as that did not bother me on my Q5.

8 GB Memory is no problem because of microSD ;)
8gb storage. Not memory.
Speaking of storage, did you not know you can't install apps to SD card on BlackBerry 10 devices?
Considering a game like batman is 800mb....and a z3 has 6gb of available storage....

No, it has about 6. Not much improvement but still tight.
It IS a problem quickly even with 16GB because apps cannot be installed on the memory card.
total it has 8GB, ONLY 4GB IS USER AVAILABLE, I HAVE BBZ3, AND CHECKED IN DEVICE MONITOR>STORAGE
but does it lost any problems for you?
