So after parting ways with my Z10 I picked myself up a Z3 (Z10 has been discontinued in South Africa). Absolutely love it. I'm not a huge multimedia junkie just as long as I have my social networks and music I'm fine.

I took the plunge this morning and updated to 10.3.1.1154. With all the reading on 10.3 I couldn't contain myself anymore. I had never used an autoloader before, but the one I found here on the forums at bit.ly/autoloaders made it so much easier to update.

At first my heart was beating sporadically, because I didn't know what to expect. My pc kept disconnecting and reconnecting the usb to my phone when it was plugged in but the autoloader had already begun. My phone restarted about 5 times and I was a nervous wreck. I didn't touch the phone at all. After about 7 or so minutes my phone did a final reboot and the new OS was loaded. What a relief and breath of fresh air. Feels like I got a new phone all over again.

The OS is not 100% but it's almost impossible to tell otherwise. I'm so glad I downloaded it, so many new features like a light keyboard, new UI in BBM and Whatsapp, music equaliser ( which doubles my Z3 loudspeaker audio output) and battery saving mode as well as gestures etc just too much to mention.

It feels like this OS was made for this phone, the only other way I can describe it is to experience it for yourself.

Thank you so much to the developers and BlackBerry for such an awesome smartphone experience.

I've got 10.3.1.1154 on my Z3 too. Brilliant update. Only issue with the sound, after you receive the first call in the morning the sound turns off for all apps.

Does it supports receiving files via bluetooth. I'm currently in 10.2.1.2977 here I can send files via bluetooth but can't receive from other devices via bluetooth.

10.3.1.1154 consumes more ram without running applications... 10.3.0.1052 consumes less ram whem compared.. is there any solution for this?
