I have the BlackBerry Z10 (STL100-3) RFK121LW Quad-Band (UNLOCKED):
� Well finally I got a message to Update
to BlackBerry 10.3.1.2267, Radio(10.3.1.2268), Software: 10.3.1.1581 !
I'm in Pompano Beach, Florida 33064-5838 (South FLA)..with Carrier merged: metroPCS/T-Mobile.
I started the update at 4:06PM EST, 1GB downloading. Time now is 5:02PM, so be ready to have something like over hour long to update your BlackBerry Z10

If you can't wait and have a BlackBerry from tmo or att, use Sachesi and get an official (non leak) version for Z10 from Rogers. The only difference between the carriers will be the bloatware apps they include, which BTW can be easily deleted / uninstalled .

Guys, I tried the "trick" Michael Clewley suggested yesterday and nothing. I just was using my phone as usual (Z10 stl100-3) checked for software updates on my shopblackberry.com unlocked phone. No special tricks, just finally got the update. Seems we 100-3 owners got the **** end of shopblackberry devices..

Why is sachies not an acceptable solution, i am on t mobile in the USA and installed 10.3.1 Rodgers edition from Canada and everything is working fine. Just wondering why it is not acceptable?

Upgraded from 2072 to 2267 non-destructively with Sachesi and Blitz. Under 2 hours including download from Mega and reboot.

Been with AT&T for years....never seen an OTA update.

I received the update via OTA for a ShopBB z10 with a T-Mobile SIM. Took some time but well worth it, I recommend a full reload after updating; now it's buttery smooth and optimized!

You must love the android Lolipop rollout.... oh that's right. Lol they are going to take months while BlackBerry will have 10.3.1 within 2 months almost 80%+ of their devices.

Could you just stop the ******* comparing?
I don't care about lollipop, especially if u have Samsung phone, then wait for Google to release Android 6.0 before u get it.


However, if you want to become successful, then show us that and not just prove that u are the best, but u must be a legendary! I mean u can't say u will have it in two months while the others OS need at least 6 months, that's not fair! We must get it all together at the same time!

It just why I use alternative way while everybody get it officially?
Yeah, it's not leak just by using sachesi, but I hate doing that, it's not what I moved from Android to BlackBerry! Ok?

The update is not at anyway related with the carriers, I have asked them!!

Even that, I changed the sim card and no luck!

Plus, it's a factory unlocked, I'm sure of it!

All people with z10 got the update, but not us with Z10STL100-3 !!

I don't want to use sachesi, well, stl100-3 is not regular available in my country, even for the models available, carriers said they do nothing with the update it's just from BlackBerry servers.
However, when I look in sachesi there is no update for v3 in my country, just like what I said, v3 is for usa/canada not Middle East !
But my phone is unlocked, I got very old update using wi-fi before " no way for me to use mobile data to get the update btw "


Plus I have more reasons why didn't use sachesi! So, I want to get it officially over OTA and that's it.

LOl, and you believe your carriers?
And how do you know that it is factory unlocked?
Let's face it, you have a device that is incompatible with your carrier and region, so I honestly wouldn't be complaining...
Middle east carriers have not, and probably won't be rolling out 10.3.1 anytime soon
It is ultimately up to them, unless you have a truly factory unlocked device, which i doubt you have. Unlocked device on amazon does not necessarily mean factory unlocked (shocker, I know)
You should honestly stop talking and just listen, because over half the things you have said are wrong.

Hello, I was wondering what version of STL100-3 do you have. There are two versions. The one BlackBerry is updating directly is RFK121LW since that is the one they sell in BBshop. The other version is RFF91LW and that one is for some carriers in USA, Canada and Mexico. Which one do you have?

OK, you will get the update at some point if you don't have it yet. Mine came true two days ego and I also have the RFK121LW bought in BBshop

In addition of my previous reply. BlackBerry just resumed with the update of shopBB devices a couple hours ego because of some problems I think.
