WE have a number of users complaining that if their Z10's run out of battery when they are charged the time is completely wrong. Is this normal?

The phone should pull the time from the cell network. Unless they disabled it with some setting I do not know of then this isn't really possible. Same reason the phone changes time when you go oversees and connect to a network. Works fine for me.

So if something like that is happening... No its not at all normal.
