Hello guys,

I've got both Z10 and Z30 and they both stuck on the phone app now and then.. The more I use the phone (for phone calls) the more they stuck.
I try to open the phone app but it is stuck. I can't see who is calling me or make a call.. I just see a frozen image of the lastest proper calls etc..

Restarting Hub doesn't work. Only a restart fixes this issue but it sucks to restart the phone all the time.
Z10 is having 10.2.1.2977 and Z30 10.2.1.3062.
Any ideas?

Maybe updating to 10.3.1? I have never seen that issue on my Z30...It's gotta be the OS....

Yeah I've seen this issue before, have you ever installed a leaked os?
In 10.3.1 this also happens, but as the op mentioned you need to be making a lot of calls.
As of now the only solution I found is to restart the phone like you said, thankfully in 10.3.1 the reboot is very quick so it's not much of an issue
I haven't figured out any other solution. But if you have installed a leaked os before you should try a security wipe and not restoring any backups

The main function of a mobile phone is to make phone calls. My phone app freezes usually when I urgently need it. My phone has never been rooted. It has a stock os. The most annoying part comes after rebbot. The phone needs at least 15 min. to start working properly.
