    Hi guys, wondering if anyone has a tip for me. Its happened once or twice where I go to check my phone and hit the top botton to wake it up and then gesture to open, but the wake up button (sorry if there is a better term haha) wont do anything. Eventually I press and hold in order to reboot and it doesn't even show the "shutting down in 3..2..1"
    Anyone else experienced this?

    me too, I would hold the button down and select lock phone, or even hold down the mute button to get the voice control screen

    Haven't experienced anything close to this. Take it back and get a new one.
