    Ok So I went and bought my wife a new z10..I notices she got a new Facebook update..So i went to look for the update for my z10..nothing..So I plug it into my computer and BB link says I need a software update..So when I update I tried over 20 times and it crashes after 11% saying there was a fatal error. All i wanted was the damn Facebook update now I have to battle with the damn OS to get an update..Can anyone help? Im just not trying to update VIA the phone itself..BB link just doesn't work..Hope this does the trick.....

    You could try updating using an autoloader.exe or sachibar. Which OS are you trying to update to? What phone model are you updating?
