So I just recently got my Z10 about two weeks ago. I was using my phone and then all of sudden, screen went blank, I tried turning it on but the LED light turned on, and stayed on for a few minutes, I've tried charging it over night, i tried pulling the battery i've tried holding power button for 10 sec's. Nothing seems to work. My computer won't recognise that it is connected to the computer. I have no idea what else i can try... I need some help, so please give me suggestions...

Try taking out the SIM card and starting. You might have a defective battery, have you tried loading a autoloader to see if you can get it back.

I've taken the sim card out, and it wont connect to my computer at all...

Also make sure your battery is in there really tight, and the connections are clean

No, just the one that came with the phone, but if the battery was defective, why does the LED turn on for a few minutes each time i hit the power button?

Download autoloade and plug your z10 without battery and when connecting to bootrom put the battery again

Try holding your volume up and down buttons for at least 20 or seconds until the blue loading circle show up, hopefully

Yes wayne in order to reload the os using autoloader, must have BlackBerry link installed otherwise it won't run

Doesn't Matter

Make sure link is set not to open when a device is connected in links options. The driver needs to load though.
