    hey cb,

typing this on my old curve as my Z10 is bricked. i charged it overnight and the battery was full and it just stopped working i tried connecting it to my pc but link wont recognize it. when i connect the phone and remove the battery the red LED does come on. Unfortunately, it still wont connect to BB Link. Do y'all have any suggestions as to how i should proceed?

Hold the volume up and down buttons along with the power button until you see the blue loading circle,

You could probably try, pulling the battery out and make sure all the contacts are clean and make sure it goes back in very snug, if it's lose shove a piece of paper in to make it tight.

If that's not the problem you could try loading an autoloader to it and see if it comes back.

Try holding the power button down until it connects.

Turn off wifi and try again. Link sometimes has issues if wifi is on, at least, when attempting to backup the phone.

Or prevail on a friend/relative. While the autoloader is larger, it really should not affect anyone else's computer if you download and run it.
