    It gets to the blackberry screen and lodes up to 100% and freezers and dose it over and over again can someone please help me its a blackberry z10 and this started last night and i don't want to lose any of my data on my device

    Try a long press on power button until device reboots. See if that helps.

    Connect it to your PC and see if Link recognizes phone...if it does and issue persists try to backup data and then reload OS.
