Love my Z10. I have had no issues. Battery life is okay. BlackBerry travel can still suck battery life. Keyboard is so awesome. It gets better everyday. It is amazing since I came from a 9900. I don't think I will need a Q10.

So true! I have a Verizon Z10 and I'm charging it right now and it's saying that it's battery life is below 10% they need to issue that update already

I am getting roughly 18 hours out of a charge and am a heavy user in both data text and web along with calls. I have had zero reeboots unless I do the reeboot myself. It is also very study and has been dropped numerous times and no I do not use a case of any sort.

I'm getting 14-18 hours on average each day, no issues, and haven't had any reboots since switching cases (previous case covered the volume buttons and might have been the cause).

I've had a couple of days where the battery drained faster. On those days, I was running many apps at the same time, some using a lot of data, and multiple BBM group chats going all at once. GPU intensive games, like Asphalt 7, and the 360 panorama app also drain the battery faster, but I don't use them very often. I pretty much close out all apps I'm not using and get through the day with plenty of juice remaining.

Ho much data do you use? I find it hard to believe that any phone can last 18 hours with "heavy" use. The Z10 battery is only 1800 mah. The power used by the screen alone would not last that long, let alone the radio pulling all that data.

I've had mine since Feb 5 also. No reboots. All my mail is working well, although Yahoo is delayed. I'm going to dump them for Outlook.com. I already have an account and its instant and all the shared calendars work perfectly. Battery life is good(I'd say I'm a light to medium user), my best is 36hrs. Love the phone.

It's Zed10 vs Zee10 here

It seems Verizon has loaded something onto the OS that is causing reboots. No other carrier is experiencing problems.

There has been a very low return rate outside of the America, but what I'm seeing on the forums shows something is wrong south of the border. I call it a scandal, sue sue sue.. lol

3 months in, battery lasts 15 hrs no problem and it's never rebooted. Not a single problem with any of the 50+ Zed10's in my office. Everyone loves the phone, but we're all anticipating the next update so we can live ut more

It's the veri-ZON10 with the issues. I'm a happy Canadian on Rogers. No issues! Battery life now great.

I've had 2 random reboots that presented no real issue to me except clock not showing (alarm still went off as needed) and all else is perfect for me minus a few wanted apps.

I don't have any issues with that.

I've had my phone since the start of February and it rebooted only when I asked it to do so. Never locks up and runs as smooth as silk.

I do have an issue with Gmail IMAP but no other complaints.

This is the best smartphone I've ever owned.

Honestly the majority of random reboots are coming out of Verizon STL100-4 Z10 units, wouldn't be surprised to find out there was a hardware manufacturing defect if anything. My LE Z10 runs perfectly fine, so does my sisters and the retail Z10 I got from Rogers as a review unit. All STL100-3 variants.

I've had no real issues with mine. Got it February 5. Had a minor issue with storing images on my micro SD card when I first started up the phone. I did a security wipe, not a big deal since I hadn't set anything up or really used the phone at all, and that solved my problem.

Since then I've never had to pull the battery and I've had none of the problems I've read about on here. I easily get 12-14 hours of heavy use from my battery and everything has worked fine for me.

Very happy with this device.

I am provisioned back on a BIS prior to that I used over 10GB in my first month I think that is pretty substantial. I would say I surf a good 2-3 hours a day min on my Z10 and often more being I am stuck at home after shoulder surgery.
