I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but every time I make a video with my Z10, especially when panning, the image goes all distorted and skips. Does anyone know what causes this to happen and how to fix it, if there is a solution?

I included my last video, see for yourself how bad it is. I think it may have something to do with the image stabilization, 'cause I noticed that it doesn't seem to happen when stabilization is turned off.

I'm guessing by the lack of responses to my thread that I may be the only one experiencing this phenomenon (although I know I'm not). Well, I decided to send my Z10 for a diagnostic and repair. Hopefully it returns to papa all fixed.

Called Bell yesterday and my phone has been fixed. Can't wait to hold my Z10 again.

Well, the problem not only was not resolved by Bell, but it is now so bad that the video feature is utterly useless. I now think there is something wrong with the phone, and i will return it for an exchange...no more repairs Bell give me a new Z10.
