    I have Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.2354 and when i try vid chat using mobile networks still there is no green color video symbol in upper right corner?
    Anybody can help me.

    go into your bbm settings

    turn on: allow bbm calls over mobile networks

    Yeah i turn it on. And ill try to restart my phone also but still nothing display
    My friend also didn't see video logo on my name.

    Keep in mind that some carriers are blocking this ability. I'm on ATT and without a shared or tiered plan I cannot use BBM Video chat.

    You'd have to make sure that the other party has the latest version of bbm that supports video chat too..

    Does it matter if your on 3G or 4G? I never really used it so I'm not sure
