Hi All!...

Ok, just singed up so I am a newbie so please don't hold that against me!!

Ok I have a Z10 here in Australia on the Vodafone ( vodafail) network
Today I received a notification to upgrade to the new OS which I did and now my phone is not working well.

1: No sms notification
2:cant delete sms
3: deleted all my sms history
4: doesn't refresh/update the facebook notifications

So I am kind of tempted to go back to my previous OS I am far from a tech but I just need my phone working 100 %
Can I go back to my previous OS without losing any data etc on my phone?..

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Just done the same!! Sems it was a worldwide vodafone specific update that doesn't like the Z10....

From what I can see it's to do with the release of the 4G network worldwide, so if you can go without 4G then maybe rollback is a good idea (I'd be tempted if I knew how!)

Ok... go into accounts and re-input your password for every account. Then resave them all - this will kickstart the hub.

Then open the messages app outside the hub, go into settings once it's opened and resave your settings. Then take 5 swipes from the top right corner to refresh your hub.

After this things should work again (it did it for me)) - good luck!!
