i am trying to update my z10 for over a week now.
the update downloads fast i.e the first step of the update but then it stuck at 10 percent or 20 percent on step 2.
i wonder whats the problem. tried everything
moreover does step 2 require internet connection once the update is downloaded.

is there a manual way to install the update from my pc?? (if i can download the update file on my pc and then install it on my BB)

Yes there is a few ways to manually do this.
    1. Download the autoloader, but this will wipe your device.
    2. Use sachesi to update. This can be found in the beta OS forums.

Have you tried using BlackBerry Link? (Preferences > Reload Device Software)

Make sure you downloaded the correct Z10 autoloader. If you have an STL100-1 you will need that autoloader. If you have anSTL100-2 or 3 or 4 you need the Z10 autoloader. This file will install 10.2.1.2141 on your BlackBerry. Keep in mind that this will completely wipe your device back to factory settings. You can back up your Z before you do this but in my experience it is better to start from factory settings and set it up all over again. Restoring settings have caused problems for some people.

Sachesi is the easiest option and it will not wipe your device.
