Hi there. My girlfriend has a Z10. when she clicks on any icon the screen seems to want to flip to the left as if when you are moving between home screens. She is unable to open any app or program because none of the icons respond. She already did the battery and sim removal but none of it made a difference. She is also unable to connect the bloddy phone to her Laptop. Now I want to do a factory reset on her phone but I cant open the Settings icon because it keeps on wanting to flop to the side.

Any information on this will be appreciated.

This started happening with my Z10 after updating to 3247. But a restart has usually fixed it for me.

Does the Magnifying Glass (Search) work?

It sounds as if she/you should try reloading the OS but if it is not recognized there may be problems. Try another computer? Reboot the laptop. Which version of BBLink? There was a newer version released in the last week or two.
