This phone is the perfect size. With the new 10.3.2 OS, if it had a better battery it would be the perfect phone...to me.

    What say you all?

I loved my Z10. Takes great pics and nice size, although I do like the larger Z30. The battery was the issue for me.

If it had the z30's battery, CPU, GPU and things like Wifi Direct, Radio it would have sold even better, they should create it again but with z30 internals, it would outsell the leap by miles

You can add a extended battery in the back. And it would also have the best battery life of all BlackBerry phones.

Very underrated. My 2013 device runs faster and smoother than the day I received it. And the size is damn near ideal.

Still very happy with my z10. 10.3.2 improved battery life significantly, though I recommend the battery/charger bundle.

I had planned to get a Passport, but can't really justify the upgrade as the Z10 works so well. I'll likely keep the z10 for at least another year.

Love the Z10, had it since launch 2+ years and never had issue with the battery, I get 12 hours on a full charge.

I agree, it's the best phone I've ever owned but it really needs a bigger battery.

There is definitely something special about my Z10, although I seldom use it these days. I still make sure to keep it very updated.

However, I love my Passport more.

Mr. John Chen and anyone else at BlackBerry that's catching this information. Z10 is a hit!

The Low-grade, (seemingly) high quality of the Z10 has quite a few people buzzing. We really trust a depend on this device. Okay, the battery thing is a problem but I really don't want another smartphone or BlackBerry until I think I can get a comparable replacement for my Amazing Z10.

The Z10 was great - loved mine. The screen was beautiful, the size made it easy to use and I could read it outside.

The big problem? Low performance and terrible battery life.

I've since replaced it with the Z30. The screen is a downgrade, but the performance and battery life is a significant step up. The other new features are welcomed too.

I've held the leap. I'm baffled as to why BlackBerry killed off Z30 production in favor of a phone that looks and feels like a toy.

Amazing phone, perfect size. I own the Q10 & Z30 but I always go back to the versatile Z10. Battery is not great but there are ways around it. I hope BB keeps making phones of that size as the tendency is to have bigger phones which is not ideal for portability. A slider the size of the Z10 would be my ultimate phone.... I can keep dreaming as it will never happen. Rumours have the slider at a whopping 5.4 inches.... Way to big for most I would suggest.

After 2 years it is still impressive.
The battery life is an issue.
I've purchased it at first and it was pricy now I cannot sell it
I also use a q10 I have the same line on both so I switch between them ( when I'm not using the phone so much the Z Is better, but on the run at work the q is better.
Next all touch device will be an iPhone but prior to that I'll keep on the physical keyboard

It got a bad rap because of the early random reboots. As long as I stick to native apps mine runs as good as the day I got it. It fits great in the hand and is a steal at current new in the box prices.

Had the battery calibration issue till 10.3 release

Had a faulty camera issue after 1 year of use (warranty expired) (green filter appearing on camera etc.)

After 2 years of use.. random restarts still come and go. Back camera is now not functional

    and

As I was typing this while using the autocorrect my phone continued vibrating and i had to do a battery pull

+i had to reset my phone atleast 2-3 times
On top of that the glitchy OS and App Gap

I give up on BlackBerry ......
