    Tried to upgrade to 10.3 using autoloader from Dev alpha site. It failed and went back to 10.2.1.176.. now Unable to upgrade to 10.2.1.2977.. the 930MB update fails to get install at the end. Used Link to reload the device OS but device gets disconnected .. BBM and twitter for BB not working.. kindly help..

    Get one of the autoloaders from the sticky in the forums here. Not sure where you got your file but I know the ones work here.

    Not sure what might have gotten corrupted when the install failed.

    Yep just loaded 1052 on my wifes new Z10, with no problems.

    I have one problem. I am download 10.3.0.1154 for my BlackBerry z10 stl 100-3 but i am cannot install this version in my BB ,the software restarting my phone so much time what can I do now!!!! Plz help me

    What method are you using to load it to your phone? Did it completely install and then the phone restarts? Need more information.
