Is there a counter on the Z10 that shows the number of characters typed during text /sms messages.

If your message is close to being split into multiple it indicates the total number of characters and the number remaining for th current message number
..

Thanks, I see it now after typing a long text message. It's a shame the counter cannot be seen from start of the first message.
