Help! With my first 4 blackberries when I synced Outlook with desktop it synced calender, contacts and tasks, now it doesn't sync tasks. Am I doing something wrong, or can anyone suggest a way to do this?

Tasks do get sync'd... but they all end up in BlackBerry Remember as "Unfiled Entries".

We're waiting for a new version of Link. Expecting two way sync with desktop Outlook in the new version. In the meantime, it doesn't sync. Should be out any day now.

Has BB Link been updated to sync with Outlook? My pending Q-10 purchase decision is based on if I can sync with Outlook.

I use Outlook.com and do a sync via Exchange ActiveSync. It works perfect for me. I do the sync between Outlook 2013 and Outlook.com. It is even a better sync than manual sync via BT or USB.

I believe you can sync with Outlook, but at the moment it's only Outlook (on PC) to BB, not both ways. I believe a future BB Link will offer both ways communication.

I'm waiting for it too, was one of the reasons I stayed with BB, not realising it didn't do it!

Hi all, unfortunately new Link issues. I downloaded the updated Link, .26 I think, and now nothing syncs with Outlook. It used to be just calender and contacts, now nothing. Anybody else see this, suggestions? i'm on AT&T so still running 10.0.10.116 on my Z10

Get a 10.1 leak and install.
You will get full two way calendar and contact sync, but no task synching.

flagged mail also ends up as Unfiled Entries. does anyone know how to create a sync-able Exchange folder to categorize in separate folders instead of lumping them all under Unfiled? it seems you can only move it to another unsync-able folder, and once on that page, it gives the option in greyed out text-- Sync to: Nothing. another option is to sort those unfiled with Tags?

is there a document on BB Remember that i can read? i cant find one.

BB was one of my favorites before as it was easy to use and kept all information updated by auto sync when plugged to computer. Now the Z10 does not sync with outlook, does not have skype available, it limits the information on contacts. Am I not doing something right here? please help!

Now BlackBerry Link has a two way sync functionality. Also, skype is available for OS 10.1 and above.
Please read the posts above regarding getting (if you like and if your carrier does not support a 10.1 release) a leaked OS.

Well, AT&T finally released 10.1, and I got it hoping that it would fix my sync issue, but no. So, I have BB Link 1.1.1.32 and OS 10.1.0.2074, and still can't sync my Outlook 07 with BB Link. It's driving me crazy, and of course I'm VERY dissapointed. Anybody else still having this issue? I just want to be able to sync my calender, tasks, and contact info just like i could on my first 4 blackberries, is that too much to ask? Any suggestions?

I'm very close to throwing in the towell. This is my 5th Blackberry, and I really love the Z10, but if they don't come up with an easy way for me to sync my Outlook 2007 with it, like I did with my first 4 Blackberries, I'll be looking for another phone that does.

If you have OS 10.1 and BlackBerry Link version1.1, it will sync with MS Outlook on your laptop or desktop. It is working fine on mine.

I have outlook 2010 and att os 2019 . I use outlook 365 Exchange sync and tasks. I dont use tasks but at some point when I wiped phone and started fresh with 2019 the few tasks I had in 2010 came over to the remember app in a TASK FOLDER. So after just trying a sync, ten minutes later i see nothing synced. So I dont know what the lag is about or what the trick is. Call BB. they will fix it.

It is quite easy. Please provide some actual information about what you're doing and what happens. Just plug in your Z10, open BlackBerry Link, specify the sync settings you want (usually the 2way sync is best and make sure the option to notify you before deleting anything), and it should just work. If you lay out the steps you're taking, maybe one of us here can determine why it isn't working for you.

My tasks sync ad well, but they end up in "notes" in BlackBerry Remember.
