Ahem... I just ordered a lumia 950 xl and I should be happy about it. Typing from my trusty zee now I don't really feel happy...

I keep thinking what the he'll went so wrong that BB10 is dying. Lately I tried most popular mobile os's but honestly BB10 is the most easy to use and friendly interface out there...

My girlfriend has an iPhone 6, I have a windows 8 phone for work and I have tried both android on a Samsung and windows 10 on a lumia 950 xl in a store.

Android is really not for me. I find things complicated and filled with many buttons that do the same thing. And it's ugly. It seems like it was designed by a 5yo that just loved many colours.

What I like most about a phone is the connectivity with my PC. God I loved Blend. I would gladly use an iPhone if it had the ability to integrate with a PC the same it does with a mac. Don't really want to buy a mac because I think the value is not justified for me. I have been using pc's my whole life I understand them pretty well.
Other than that some people do not mind when they need to delete pictures because their memory is full. For such a price I really do.

The only option for me is windows 10. As I tried the phone in store it seemed pretty OK. But there is no way of swiping to type... the keyboard is so bad. I am glad the keys are big and I won't miss them most of the time.
No automatic language switch either.
I can literally dictate to my z10 and it writes in my native language. The darn windows can't do that! I used this when I was driving.

I have never seen multitasking done more easily than on bb10. You just swipe and select the app you need. You can actually see what's in the other apps.

But i have to give up this phone... can't really live without whatsapp. I have overseas friends that I can't communicate with.
I know there are alternatives or there will be developers that will create apps for it as they did with Facebook and so but blackberry is built for security. I don't know if third party apps are that safe. Lately I saw that even snap is not working on 10.3.3 which is a huge bummer! Don't really want to install Google play. Snap worked great!

Usually you feel enthusiastic when buying a new device. I just feel awkward abandoning something I really like because others don't fancy it anymore.

So... the Titanic felt awkward. I returned it because it came with a dead battery. After charging it I would only get half a day of battery life. I imagine that all new lumias have dead batteries because of the large stock in stores...
Anyway I am enjoying the good ol' "zed 10" until I will afford a mac and an iPhone
