need help please..\
my bb z10 stl100-1-regional Indonesia Model RFG81UW stuck on logo
i've tried several ways to fix but failed.
1.using blackberry link detect it about 1 second and disappear
2.using web update i've download untill finish but it show unspecified erro A0x00000049 helpless :-(
3. using autoloader for
Autoload-STL100-1-10.1.0.1485,
Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997,
Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.2.159
i klik it , and its shows loading ram ,.. and its gone nothing happened.
4.using combo wipe.. it show loading ram.. and it stuck in loading nuke.. nothing happened
please help me.. :-(

Have you tired...
Different USB Cable?
Different USB Port?
Different computer?


What OS do you have installed on your phone? Is your phone a DevAlphaB?

I'm having this issue on my Z10 as well. It boots, goes through the whole circly percentage thingy and then at 100% it just stops. Don't know what to do.

i have tried different cables.. bb original cable, samsung, lenovo, nokia all original cable..but still nothing happened it always stuck
i dont know if my os devalphab or not .. how do i know?? i just look at the bb z10 box .. z10 stl100-1-regional Indonesia

Reboot phone, if till cannot connect to BlackBerry Link , do security wipe. had Tried many of USB cables can't work, must phone issues.

i,ve already reboot it.... it stuck on "blackberry logo"..
i reboot it the blackberry link detect it for about 2 second and its gone
can't do security wipe at all
