hey! recently i reset my bb z10 by clicking "security wipe option" and it restarted and during restart it stuck around 10 mint then i power off the device and power on again but same stuck , then i connected it with my pc via data cable and showing "PC and USB icon" . then i downloaded leaked ROM Stl100-2 and flash z10 after flash it showing " A yellow mark " bberror 1000-04.
my device is z10 STL100-2
looking for some to help who expert on blackberry , because i am new on blakcbeery device

Try loading that leak again.

Also, you can run BB Link software and see if it will connect to the device and if so, then RELOAD or reset the device.

They say you shouldn't power the device off when it's wiping, that could be the reason.. try what the above post said and report back.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that error means that the wrong software was installed (wrong radio). What that means is that you are trying to install the Q10 or Z30 update on a Z10. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the right version of the software.

Yup, I have the same issue. You should actually be getting a web address, BlackBerry 10 OS error codes - US if you put that into a browser it will land you on a technical page (a KB) that will tell you the steps to resolve the situation, click on the "troubleshooting steps"
