    About a couple of days ago, my Z10 started shutdown on it's own. The battery also takes bit longer to charge but drains very quick. I did a sic wipe and a fresh install of 2813 but still the same. Tried out the instrucions to calibrate the battery also with no luck. Anyone has had this issue?

    I can't say that I have had the issue.
    Does the device seem to be running hotter than normal? Have you tried a different battery yet?

    Mine has started to do the random re-boot and today it was found dead. Battery pull and its back to normal, seems slow?

    If she's running hotter, back up the device, remove any android apps you have installed and reboot. If that doesn't work, use an auto loader to reload the OS.

    I have had the same issue. Sometimes it will turn off (even with battery power remaining) and the LED will just flash red. I need to hold down the power button to get it to reboot. Never really figured out what was happening but I have been planning to reload the OS with an autoloader for a while but haven't done it yet.

    I have a late model -4 purchased June - July 2013, it would reboot at random and then the other day it was just dead, Battery was fully charged, but it would not turn on? Pull the battery and reinstall and its like nothing is wrong. I decided for the first time in nearly 8 years to leave BB and went to the IPhone 6. I have a IPad and Mac Book Pro, but I really loved my Blackberry's. Hated to give it up but I need a phone to depend on, emails and texts that's about it. Had Android tablet and could not stand it. So it was IPhone or nothing.

    On my z10 2813 is so bad. Try maybe 2789. With 2813 my battery goes down in 3 hrs in stand-by
