the Z10 and Z30 are CDMA/GSM. use with a sim card and that's your carrier, correct?

Verizon phones are designed to work in certain gsm locations. Verizon's BB's use to be their "WORLD PHONES" and could be used overseas with the proper sim card. At that time, the sim card was not needed in the US. (I think now you have to have the card in the phone for US use even those it is cdma) Back then you did have to arrange for Verizon to UNlock the phone. Now all verizon phones are sold UNlocked.
