I'm thinking of picking up a Z10 from eBay because they are around $170 in mint condition with a clean ESN for my carrier Verizon. I was wondering do you think it is worth it? Or should I wait? I have a Moto X right now. Or should I get the Z30?

Your Moto X is much more advance device and has access to the whole Android ecosystem.... why do you want a Berry?

Z30 is a much better device, but if price is an issue than the Z10 is a good device. Waiting is going to change things much, no new mid to upper level touchscreens on the horizon and the Z10 prices is as low as it will go. The Z30 is in very limited production, so I don't see it's price falling like the Z10's did, and with no newer BB flagship there won't be many wanting to upgrade.

I would take the time to look at the BB10s and compare them to your Android platform. Look at the pros and cons. At $170, it is a great price. I bought one for $230 off Ebay for my daughter and it came with extra accessories. She loves it. I installed the 1925 leak with Snap for her, so she has the apps that she wants and they have worked smoothly for her. She came from an Android ecosystem and still has a Samsung tablet. So, she was able to play with my Z10 and compare it with her Android devices. She also had her free Android apps saved under the available tab in Snap, which was convenient for her.

Some of her reasons for loving her phone are: awesome keyboard, swappable battery, the Hub, LCD screen, solid build, being a stand out from her friends, call quality, better battery life than her MyTouch, BBM and some others that I can't remember.

I have a Z10 and am happy with it too. U will get a lot of people urging you to get the Z30. Again, look at your needs and decide from there. The phone syncs well with my Google calendar, contacts and emails too.

You should buy it and load the latest leak (10.2.1.1925).

I got my Z10 last March when it came out and still use it regularly (I switch between that and my Q10s).

For $170, a Z10 is a great buy. Got the best virtual keyboard out there.

A Z10 for $170 off contract? Yep. That's definitely worth. You can get the Z10 and then see if you want to get the Z30. Use the Z10 as your gateway drug into BB10 lol

I just bought my z10 that was 3 days old from a Verizon sales person for 200 and feel like I got a good deal for a off contract purchase. I hate Google too. Never had a BlackBerry before but from what I am seeing I will buy more. They just gotta keep making them like this.

If money doesn't matter, get a Z30, if you want an AMAZING phone for $200 and the best value in the mobile phone industry, then get a Z10! I've had mine for 10 months and continue to love it! I paid $600 for mine, and would do it all over again, truly a top of the line device.

The z10 is hands down the best phone out there, I bought my the first day it was available on Tmobile, I even left verizon to get it. I bought the z30 3 days ago so I'm still getting use to how big it is. I never had any problems with the z10, I installed the latest leak and was able to run any android apps that I wanted to run. If you're looking for a phone that you can easily multi task with and still want to play games for under 200 bucks, go with the z10.

The Z10 does seem to be a little more laggy than I remember. It isn't to bad at all, it's usually smooth.

In a word, yes!

Mines nearly a year old, and it's still butter smooth and I'm sure the 10.2.1 update will make it even better!
