Hi all,
I updated my Z10 to 10.3.2.2xxx 2 weeks ago and noticed significant sluggishness, especially in the phone app. Dialling / answering calls takes about 3-4 seconds atleast before the call goes through.

Has anyone else also noticed this?

Since 10.3 i always had lag on my devices with bigger screens.
Somehow my q10 manages is better.
Z10 and Z30 where horrible... sold my z30, still have the z10 but jeah...don't use it cause of the lag

If you go 10.3.2 with your Z10 you'll be doomed.

You can never go back to THE best OS for your Z10.

Try changing the smart dialing settings, particularly the pause after dialing. Phone app, swipe down, settings, smart dialing. Change to "wait for my response".

Also try turning off the assistant and the smart reader beta if you have those on.

Had my z10 for 2 yrs now 10.3.2 just made it seem like a brand new phone no problems just little minor ones but not enough to make me wanna go back

Did you do a non-destructive update?

Was it an OTA update?

Or, did you use an autoloader and then a restore from a backup that included system settings?

What OS did you update from?

All relevant questions. I had the answer call lag on 10.3.1. But, doing an autoloader update to 10.3.2.2339 without a system settings restore solved it.

And the other phone settings suggestion above didn't work for me on 10.3.1.

What is the purpose of waiting 3 seconds?! I've noticed answering phone calls is alot slower and dim witted

im not sure about sluggishness, but I also did the upgrade to 10.3.1.2226 and ive noticed a real problem in the browser with my Z10. if I am typing a reply on a web site, the browser struggles to keep up and often will simply duplicate the last word multiple times.

for example if I wanted to type " my dog has fleas" if I'm going fast it looks ok but when I look back at the screen it says " my dog dog dog". this is absolutely a new problem, as it never occurred before. i know that some os versions have problems with duplicate typing but that would read " my ddoogg......." this isn't duplicating letters, its replacing what I typed with the last word it recognized.

i hope that I explained this sufficiently and hope even more that there is a solution to it.

Yesterday I installed 10.3.2.440 (AT&T official), I tend to stay on official releases until the big. xxxx leaks start to appear, and I feel like I have a new phone. The initial boot is faster, no more waiting after phone call, in general feels snappier.

Really liking it overall.
