Hey guys i have done the developer mode switch and tried 2 software to connect to the z10..i have tried

ddpd and vnbb10..they both say connection refused..

i have even tried switching the ip to different combinations..

Any body have the same issue?

Have you made sure that you have the latest 32bit Java installed?
The Java SDK is needed and not the basic runtime?

If you are just side loading app, I suggest using the Chrome plugin.

Incidentally, it works on a linux PC since it is just a browser plugin.

I can't get my dpbb to work anymore. It crashes. I suppose it could be the PC since it used to work. Or perhaps some upgrade broke it. But I have had no issues with the Chrome plugin. In fact, my only issue was I had to install Chrome. [I'm sure google spies on you will their browser.]

Later I realized Chromium is in the linux repo. I never got around to seeing if the same plugin works.

Hey, it occurred to me that maybe you have a firewall issue. If the Chrome plugin doesn't work, that might be the next place to look.
