So my z10 doesn't fully charge. It makes it to 99% and doesn't go past that. I can keep it charged for another few hours and still doesn't go past 99%
Z10 will also shut its self off. I put the phone in a holster with ALL connections off except the network before I go to sleep. By the time I wake up its dead. After the first week of having the phone I set all connections to off. Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem and any suggestions? Thanks

It is useful. You clearly didn't know there was a search function or you would have used it. I've helped you by telling you there is such function and you can find your answers by using it.

Could be the calibration on the phone reporting the battery life at 99%, even mine doesnt go past 99% but i have battery guru which tells me my battery is at 100%.

As for shutting off randomly, could be either software or hardware..best thing to do is to delete all your apps on the phone and see if it shuts off and that includes any sideloaded apps. If its still shutting off then get it replaced from where ever you got it from.

For the record, ive had mine over a mth and not once has it rebooted or randomly shut off and i have quite a few apps and a few sideloaded apps.

Blackberry claims the rebooting has something to do with the latest OS.

I am currently using battery lover and it also states 99%. It actually dropped to 98% while charging then went back to 99%. Seems to be a big issue with the z10. As for the rebooting I guess I can only wait for a update that will fix this. Was hoping issues like this wouldn't happen with the z10 but new OS, new problems right. Thanks for the replies
