I clicked on a game app I wanted to play and the screen went black and restarted? Why?? Also my battery was very bad today.. was at 50% by 11 am took it off at 8 am what should I do with these issues?

@hockey1299 - What radio features were enabled today? How many open applications were running? Was the smartphone in a good data coverage area?

@Oscar_E - Please stop with the "replace the device" statements that a few new members of the forum have been posting since the release of the BlackBerry Z10; not every perceived problem requires a warranty claim nor a replacement.

If your situation does not improve and you want to start fresh, please reload your BlackBerry 10 system software before replacing the device. Replacing the device is inconvenient and you can perform a reload yourself. If the issue is still not fixed, then consider getting your device replaced.

My apologies but what does your post add to this discussion other than creating potential for flame wars about whether *you* should have kept your phone or not? You've already returned your Z10 smartphone (though it continues to appear in your avatar), so it's done. Meanwhile, the people above are trying to help OP.

My phone did the same thing, when I was replying to an email. It was a one time occurance, and hopefully stays that way. Otherwise this is a beast of a phone.
